Fixed Rates: Our rates are fixed and non-negotiable, ensuring a clear and fair arrangement for all.

Session Timing: Your session begins as soon as you meet your mistress or escort, making every moment count.

Deposit Requirement: A deposit of 2000 Baht is required to secure any session. The remaining balance is to be paid directly to your mistress or escort. This ensures your commitment and secures your booking.

Payment Method: We accept cash payments in Thai Baht only, providing a straightforward transaction.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the customer.

Travel Fee: If your mistress or escort needs to travel far from the Sukhumvit area, an additional 1000 Baht transportation fee will apply.

1. Hygiene: Please be clean and well-groomed. Ensure you shower, brush your teeth, and use deodorant or mouthwash before meeting our mistress or escort.
    

2. Session Hours: Our sessions are available from 2 PM to 10 PM. If you wish to book a session outside these hours, please check with us.
    

3. Commitment: Only book a session if you are certain you can attend. Cancellations waste valuable time and may result in being blocked from future bookings.
    

4. Detailed Preferences: Use the booking form to share your fantasies, likes, and dislikes. The more information you provide, the better our mistresses or escorts can tailor the session to suit your desires.
    

5. No taking videos or photos during a session, and no hiding cameras. If our mistress or escort discovers any recording devices, we will contact the police as this is a violation of their privacy.
    

6. Punctuality: Be on time for your session. If you arrive early, you may need to wait until the scheduled time. Late arrivals will result in a shortened session.
    

7. Health and Safety: If you have any wounds or cuts on your private areas, our mistress or escort may decline the session to ensure safety. In such cases, the deposit will not be refunded.
    

8. Respect: Always treat our mistresses or escorts with respect and courtesy. We strive to provide the best service and appreciate your respectful behavior in return.
    

9. Giving Back: A portion of our proceeds is donated to an animal sanctuary and to support disabled individuals in Thailand. Feel free to tip your mistress or escort if you enjoy their service, knowing it helps others in need as well.
